This one-bedroomed apartment is situated on a high cliff overlooking Umdloti Beach and is part of a secure complex. It has a truly stunning view of the Indian Ocean and as a result of the elevation of the apartment, dolphins and whales are spotted regularly. Facilities include a swimming pool, gym, squash court, 24 hour security, outdoor braai and entertainment area. A covered parking bay is situated right outside the apartment.
The main bedroom is airconditioned and has two comfortable beds. It is en suite ( bath, shower, basin , toilet ) . There is a separate shower room. The spacious lounge has an overhead fan and is equipped with a TV ( DSTV included ) and DVD player.
The kitchen is comprehensively fitted ( fridge/freezer; stove and oven; microwave; washing machine ) and the balcony has a Weber Barbeque.
Nearby places of entertainment include various beachfront restaurants ( 2 min drive ), the Sibaya Casino and
Entertainment Centre ( 5 min drive ) and the Gateway Entertainment Centre in Umhlanga ( 10 min drive ).

From Johannesburg : Take the N2 following the signs to Stanger. At Umdloti off-ramp turn right onto the road that leads into Umdloti. After about
1km, turn left into Bellamont Road. At the T junction turn right and Cascades is 200 metres on your left hand side.
From Durban : Take the M4 past Umhlanga Rocks and follow directions as above.
